Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Project Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested in writing. If canceled before development begins, 80% of deposit refunded. No refunds after development commencement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds issued only for undelivered projects without any work started. Partial refunds considered case-by-case for projects under 25% completion.

3. Change Requests

Major scope changes may require revised quote. Development pauses during change evaluation exceeding 48 hours may incur $50/day holding fee.

4. Dispute Resolution

All disputes first go through mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, binding arbitration applies under applicable jurisdiction law.
